"createBoxTurb" utility and "energySpectrum" function object from V1812

I know there are a very useful utility, "createBoxTurb" and a function object "energySpectrum" available on V1812.
Because "createBoxTurb" is used for the decay of turbulence with LES, not DNS and energySpectrum for generating turbulent spectrum without any separate program using Matlab,
therefore, I have tried to compile those things in a local user directory on V4.0, not V1812. However, there were several compiling errors on V4.0.
Please give me any comment to correctly compile them on V4.0 or V4.x if you have experience like that.

You have to check if all classes and functions used to construct boxTurb and energy spectrum used in 1812 are also present in v.4. Otherwise you have to copy this too and compile it. What I know there are different random number generator in 1812 compared to 4.0
