OpenFOAM solver for nonLinearAdvectionDiffusion equation

While learning openfoam programming module, i documented basic solvers which represents NonLinearAdvectionDiffusion equation.

Compared with c code output there is too much over and under shoot for upwind scheme and other schemes too .

Do these result are valid? Do solver needs some improvement?

It seems it should be have decrease at velocity after normal shock; however, from the result cases, there are increasing velocity!

May be there are some mistakes in defining boundary conditions.

Could you suggest correct/suitable boundary condition (s)?
