Creating a gemotry using blockMesh dict

hi everyone,
I want to a simulation of air entroanment in the visocus pool by using 2 cylinder which are to be rotated in the opposite direction. No flow across the doamin is taking place. also i want to create a rotating cylinder boundary conditon. For this i am thinking of using interfoam as my solver. As you can see in the image attached, there are lots of blocks, is this the most efficient way of doing it ? Is there any way to use symmetry command or something like this so that i just need to write vertices for just left half and the right half of my domain gets dicretised automatically ?

Looking forward for any help
regards,
Deepanker
