rhoCentralFoam - Divergence schemes

Hi All,
As far as I know divergence schemes are "fixed" in rhoCentralFoam since their definition is in the form of central-upwind schemes of Kurganov-Tadmor.
Anyway, looking at the source code of rhoCentralFoam, I see that terms like "div(phi) , div(phiUp) , div(phiEp)" exist. I don't understand in which way these divergence schemes are defined since there is no need to set them in fvSchemes when I run a simulation.
Any suggestions?
Thanks in advance.
