Good morning,
i'm performing a LES simulation of a round jet in seawater, using OpenFOAMv12. Hence, i would like to change the equation of state from the default one to the actual one for seawater (depends on temperature and pressure, and is a bit complicated and long). Do you know how can i code this? Any of you have a template or a similar example from which i could learn? Thanks in advance for your help, and let me know if i can provide further information. It's easy! Here is the equation of state models:
openfoam>src>>thermophysicalModels>specie>equation OfState You can create a new folder here and code your own EOS. After that you need to define the new EOS in few places for your compiler to recognize. |

If you need a simple implementation example and wanna know how things work, you may watch this video https://youtu.be/jJHOeDZJUrU . |
