Beginner Looking for InterFoam Tutorials (Stilling Basin + Turbulence Modeling)

Hello everyone,
I am new to OpenFOAM and would like to learn InterFoam for two-phase flow simulations. I am particularly interested in simulating stilling basins, including appropriate turbulence models for such cases.
Could anyone recommend:

Beginner-friendly tutorials for InterFoam
Example cases or studies related to stilling basins
Best practices for choosing and setting up turbulence models in InterFoam
