Hello,
I am looking for some information on the GAMG method. I know about geometric multigrid and algebraic multigrid methods. But if GAMG is short for "geometric agglomeration algebraic multigrid" I wonder how the geometric and algebraic coarsening are combined. Thanks Patricia |

Hello Patricia
Yes. GAMG means Geometric Agglomerated Algebraic Multigrid. You'll probably find what you need at this pdf document: http://www.tfd.chalmers.se/~hani/kur...report-fin.pdf All the best |
