Default Rad coupled Boundary condition for buoyantSimpleFoam

Dear Foamer,

I made (probably)new boundary condition.
It makes possible to use viewFactor Radiation model with buoyantSimpleRadiationFoam solver.

It's often more useful than chtMultiRegionSimpleFoam, for example, when making solid cell is not easy because of complex geometry.

The code is uploaded to wiki.

Please try it. if you have some question or find a problem, reply this thread.
