Dimension Mismatch - Spalart Allmaras
I am simulating the tip vortices from a wing and from already published material, it has been noted that the production term ( S_tilda) of SA turbulence model has to be tweaked a bit to get better results.

I want to change the Omega term to http://turbmodels.larc.nasa.gov/spalart_dacles/img4.png
where http://turbmodels.larc.nasa.gov/spalart_dacles/img7.png, http://turbmodels.larc.nasa.gov/spalart_dacles/img5.png, and
http://turbmodels.larc.nasa.gov/spalart_dacles/img6.png I have 2 questions on this.
1. How do I write Sij ?
If I am not wrong it should be written as
2. When I do write it like that, put a min function to get the min between 0 and S - Omega, I get a dimension mismatch as below
Arguments of min have different dimensions
dimensions : [0 0 0 0 0 0 0] and [0 0 -1 0 0 0 0]
Can someone help me with this. Frankly, I don't see anything huge in this but I am a total noob when it comes to C++
