Hi,
i need some hints before i get startet. I have an own solver for laminar flow of a fluid without phase change. The temperature of the fluid is calculated and all i want is to pass the temperature to the wall-interface of the solid surrounding the fluid, the fluid heats the solid then with laplacianfoam. Geometrically it is basically a pipe through a solid. I found precice, a coupling library which could be able to do this. But do i need this? At the end i want to add some fvOptions to place heating elements to heaten the fluid through the solid, partially.
Who has some hints? Can it be done with chtMultiRegionSimpleFoam? Should i take precice?

MultiregionFoam should be sufficient to solve your case
