insane is on a distinguished road
Hi, everyone
Recently, I want to validate a case where the wave height is 0.062m and period is 1s and depth is 0.4m, after calculating I found the wave is a third-order Stokes wave, I was told I can get it in waves2foam by using the stream function in waves2foam.
But I am a newbie in this area, I am not sure how to set the wave parameters in the waveproperties.
According to waves2foam's manual, I have set the depth height and direction. I have also set specifyPeriod to true and set the period.
But I am not sure about how to set N Niter specifyEuler and correspoding eulerVelocity or stokesVelocity.
Could anyone tell me how to set it, any advice would be appreciated!

Code:
 waveType    streamFunction;

    Tsoft       1;

    depth      0.4;

    period      1;

    phi         0.000000;

    direction  (1 0.0 0.0);

    debug;

    height      0.062;

//  confused parameters
	N  1;
        Niter 3;
  	specifyPeriod true;

	specifyEuler false;
	stokesVelocity 0;
