Wall normal probes

1 Attachment(s)
I would like to record wall normal profiles of various quantities in my rotor blade simulation. I used the airfoil geometry to come up with a set of probes that look like the figure attached. There are two problems.

1. My controlDict is now over 17000 lines and I don't like it!
2. In the process of converting geometry -> pointwise mesh -> openfoam, some of these points in the probesDict now lie below the effective patch in openfoam. This isn't a very serious concern at the moment.

However I would like better ways to do this.
