mihaipruna is on a distinguished road
I am running rhoSimplecFoam with turb model kOmegaSST for internal flow with moderate total pressure at inlet, so no choking should occur.

So, if I set k and omega at time 0 to values I calculated (on the order of magnitude of a hundred) my simulation crashes after two time steps with FPE.

If I set them to huge values, order of magnitude 1 million , it runs for about 100 time steps and then crashes.

Can anyone explain to me why this is happening?
