i had high initial residual of Uy and p.i fined the mesh in y direction more and Uy decreased now and is good.what can i do about p to decrease its residuals now?
I've lowered Co but didn't affect p.what to do?

Hi Ehsan,
Did you find any solution for decreasing initial residual of p_rgh ?

Thanks.

Hi Arsalan
yes sure but don't remember how exactly. I think it was due to BC. I'll see and tell you if found more

Hi Ehsan
Thank you very much for your attention.
Could you explain to me the importance of initial residual in a transient problem?
I'm a bit confused about identifying the convergence criteria and solution quality in my transient simulations.

Best regards,
Arsalan.
