i want to simulate a closed tube of stationary air that opens to a gas (that's the result of burner like CO2) that flows into from a patch and mixes with air.
How can i set a patch so that only gas flow into the domain of problem? |

Have a look at the combustion solvers. ReactingFoam with reactions turned off might fit for your purpose, I don't know the other ones.

which gas or simple combination can better stand for burned gas from combustion in gas turbines?
A single gas is better so it suffice be only different from air. is Co2 for example suitable for burned gas? |
