k and epsilon, how big is too big?
The title says it all: If I am running a RANS model using a PIMPLE based solver, how big is too big for k and epsilon values?
In a simple convective and mass fraction transport model I am running at present with a constant inflow surface and a pair of constant pressure outflow surfaces, I have nice tiny k and epsilon values except right near the outflow surfaces, where they reach about 0.033 and 0.15 respectively. Is this too high to trust the results of my model?
