why first iteration takes too long time?

Default why first iteration takes too long time?

In my case it takes too long for first iteration to start.what would be the reason?
when I increase the tolerance to 1e-12 it crashes in first iteration on h equation.
may tolerance be the reason?or other settings?

Dear Ehsan
The reason is your initial condition is far from real condition. so solver running until 1000 itteration on each equations done. plz change initial condition
