For one of my applications, I have to solve an equation which has third order derivative of certain volume scalar field. Is it possible to do that as a gradient of laplacian in openfoam?

Thanks and regards,

Hrushikesh

Hello all,

I think my post best fits it in this thread.

I want to solve Westervelt equation (only the linear part) in OpenFOAM, which consists of third order time derivate of pressure (scalar quantity).

By far i know that OpenFOAM has d2dt2 scheme for discretizing second order time derivative.

Can anybody help with the discretization strategy of third order time derivate. How to do it and the syntax?
