Hi all,

I have a volScalarField c which has value between 0 and 1. I wish to convert it to a new field phi which has limits between -1 and 1. I am trying the following conversion.

phi=2*c-1

But I get a field where my value of phi exceeds -1 and goes upto -50. I have checked c field and its value does not exceed 0.5. What is going wrong here?

Thanks and regards,

Hrushi
