Unusually high pressure at only one face

Hello

I am trying to simulate case of a centrifugal blower using MRFSimpleFoam. Every thing runs fine. The simulation is stable (I did not iterate till convergence: only 500 iterations). But the static pressure drops was wrong. While looking in to the pressure field, I found a very high and low pressure values on two faces just adjacent to each other on the surface of scroll. (picture attached). The values are way above the average values on the scroll.

I am not quite sure what caused this. Any suggestions will be highly appreciated. Also can such a high value on one face effect the whole velocity and flow field ? I see some swirls which should not happen and these make the flow field very symmetric and causing swirls which finally are (probably) reducing the static pressure drop.
