Default Adaptive Refinement turbulence Model

hi

played a bit around with AMR.


I found no hint that the turbulence model is updated after the refinement but it has stored the mesh distance as local variable.

i only did refinement with the meshcutter but haven't found a hint on this in hexref8 as well.
