inf.vish Member Vishal Join Date: Jul 2013 Posts: 73 Rep Power: 12	Hello everyone, I have been trying to run this case for a long time. I have tried a variety of setting in fvSchemes and fvSolutions but the pressure and velocity residuals just keep on oscillating. The geometry is a pin type valve and i want to look at the total pressure at the outlet. The boundary conditions are correct as per my knowledge since the same case was run on AVL fire. I am attaching the checkMesh log, the case files and the log file of the solution. (cannot post the mesh since the file is too large) I would like to know what all settings to use to get a proper convergence. remesh_run_4.zip checkMesh_log.txt residual.jpg
