Hello
I work with a compressible simulation with rhoPimpleFoam. My goal is to empty an air tank with initial pressure at 9 bar, the rest of the domain is 1 bar. I set initial temperature and pressure with setFields but my highly compressed region of air shall have a higher density. Is it possible to set the density in a similar way? Thanks! //Erik |

as it compressible flow, are you sure, you want to initiate density at all? because density will be update with pressure and temperature, am i missing anything?

Yeah perhaps but i think i make something really wrong here. I have an air tank which is filled to 9 bar so i assume that the temperature are the same in the tank as outside 300K. In fvsolution i set rhoMax to 90 and rhoMin to 1.2 which seems okey. But i always got problem with convergency of the temperature. Do i make any fatal mistakes ?
