Hi,

I apply chemkin to the reactingFoam to simulate the combustion of isooctane under stoichiometric condition. The mixture is homogeneous and to be simple I set that there is no turbulence in the cubic volume. All the boundaries are wall boundary. The reaction will explode in a very short time. The temperature will go up to a certain value and the amount of isooctane will decrease to zero. That means reaction occurs. However, the amount of CO is much higher than CO2. So, can anyone tell me what is happening during the process? Thanks so much and wish you have a good time every day.
