Modelling a fire sprinkler nozzle

Hi

I want to model a fire sprinkler nozzle, wondering what the best way to do this would be? and if there is a way to set the viscosity higher than for water?

thanks

So i have been looking around, and think that Aachenbomb could be modified to suit my needs. I don't want to model any combustion however, just a gel exiting a pipe on the ceiling, impinging onto a plate then spreading out across a room.

Having said that I am still open to any suggestions, If anyone could advise I would be very grateful. Please let me know if you need more information

Thanks
