did you measure any probe values or forces?
I would say, if they stay constant and the residuals are still sinking you can consider the simulation converged, as a more exact solution does not affect the field values anymore.

As I see even rising residuals in your case, I would guess it is not converged.

Maybe you can give more details about the case your working on?
