Hi Foamers,
I am trying to calculate the mass flow through a plane that it is not a patch inside the domain. If I do the following: plane xPl(x, n); // plane "P" in the attached picture sampledPlane smpPl("smpPl", mesh, xPl,word::null,false); I presume that the resulted "smpPl" will be comprised of two discontinuous segments: "A" and "B" as demostrated in the attached picture. Please point it out if I am wrong with this. My question is, is there a way for me to create a sampledPlane with only segment "A"? Any suggestion is much appreciated! Best, Xin2014-6-4 14-06-46.jpg |
