Question Solver for two liquid mixing in microfluidic channel

twoLiquidMixingFoam doesn't consider surface tension. as given in tutuorial.
Is there a solver in OF for microfluidic flows ?
Where can I find governing equation in source code of twoLiquidMixingFoam ?
