Hey together,
I try to simulate a constant flow through a complex pipe with simpleFoam. My simulation crashes by any kind of outlet boundary condition. The principle is every time the same:After the first interations ,the air flows back in the pipe with a high velocity and crashes the simulation. I used all known BC like the U-File: - zeroGradient -inletoutlet, if I use this with uniform 0, there is neither and inflow nor an outflow at then oulet -fluccorrctedvelocity The pressure file keeps untouched: fixed value zero Do you have any idea, why is does not work? Thanks! |

1) What other b.c. do you use?
2) What turbulence model (+b.c.) do you use? 3) How dou you initialize the simulation 4) Can you post a picture of the domain?
