With bottom plate as fixed and top plate is moving plate. With applied force and angular velocity it pushes the top plate downwards until it reaches a gap width of 1mm. What i dont understand is how can i define fluid in between the two plates, here there is no inlet or outlet fluid has to be defined in between the two plates. My questions are: 1.How can i define angular velocity for the top plate. 2.How can i define no slip boundary conditions between the two plates. 3. Which solver I can use > ? I am new to openFoam and trying to learn, any help is appreciated. Thank you for your help in advance. Attached is my geometry.

Regards, Martin
