wrong pressure calculation (static pressure coefficiente about 2)

Hi everyone, I'm quite new to openfoam. I'm tring to simulate a cylinder at low reynold number (10E3). The case is steady state and I run it with simplefoam, turbulence model is kOmegaSST.
Being quite new to the sowtware I took boundary conditions (files in "0" folder) and files fvShemes, fvSolution from the openfoam tutorial case motorBike which also is setted fot kOmegaSST and simpleFoam. I also decomposed the case for my pc capabilities (2 processors and 4Threads) in 4 processors.
The mesh is done with ansa (about 1.500.000 cells) checkmesh reports about 70 nonortogonalfaces the other parameters seems to be fine. To resolve the BL i set the firt height to 0.1 mm (the diametre of the cylinder is 1m and the resolution of the grid on the surface is 5 mm)
Initializing with potentialfoam and running the case I got a good convergence, the problem is the cd is higher than the espected (1.5 instead of 1) and the major thing is that I got a static pressure coefficient at the stagnation point that is about 2! doing some post processing I discovered that at the inlet p_static=0 and U=1 which is obviously correct, but at the stagnation point although U=0, p_static=1 that is impossible.

Anyone knows where I'm wrong?
