precursor simulation method for LES inlet conditions

Red face precursor simulation method for LES inlet conditions

Hi all,
I run a LES of pipe flow to feed the inlet conditions of a jet flow. As I know, I should extract data from a plane of the pipe then map to the inlet. But I have no idea how to implement these in openFOAM.
Could anyone give me some hints?
