Hi,
you want to simulate a flying plane for example. You can reduce you mesh by creating just half of the plane! Now if you take a BC like Wall and not SYMMETRY your Simulation would not get the correct results |

Thx elvis for the reply!
I am using the BC type symmetry for my "Ahmed Body"-example for the left, right and upper wall for my bounding box. So I am not using just the half of my domain of interest. My results look fine but I am wondering how the BC is executed? Is it just a Neumann type BC? |
