pimpleDyMFoa, propeller tutorial. Why correctPhi no?

Hi,

Could someone explain why correctPhi is not for the propeller tutorial and yes for the wingMotion tutorial?
I am simulating a horizontal axis wind turbine, no the best comparison is against the propeller tutorial but I do not understand why it should be no/ or yes.
