Hello everyone,
I'm new in the forum as well as in CFD world. I wanted to ask for help for my thesis about OpenFOAM. I tried to simulate the tutorial case hotRadiationRoom with the solver buoyantSimpleFoam and what I do not understand is the energy equation. The work done by viscous stresses has been neglected for the type of problem (if it I did not understand why: it is true that the flow is slow but Prandtl isn't small), or because it is in some way is calculated externally? Thank you, but obviously I have some large gaps of OpenFOAM Thanks |
