Modeling flow in a tank

I am looking to model steady (water) flow in tank. In summary, the setup consists of:

1) A rectilinear 3D tank with a single inflow on one side and single outflow on the opposite side. The flows are steady and equal in magnitude. These flows should come in/out through circular openings.

2) All 3D sides of the tank are closed with the exception of the surface, which is open to the atmosphere.

I don't see an example quite like this in the OpenFOAM tutorial files. Is anyone willing to share their input interFOAM or simpleFOAM files that I can modify?

Thanks,
Steven
