No Slip condition Not working

I am trying to simulate condensation on wall, which is at constant temperature.
The problem is that I have specified a no-slip condition at the walls as (fixedvValue (0 0 0 )). Bt it seems that the condensate formed at the walls is moving with the flow downward.

Can anyone suggest why noslip condition isnt working?????

Quick answer: Not enough information to diagnose the problem, but my guess is that you're not taking into account that the no-slip condition is only applicable for the flow in the surface itself; 1e-10 meters away from the surface is already considered to "not be" the surface itself, which means that even at such a short distance, there is already fluid flow.
