Will the unphysical pressure in several cells of micro-channel influence the result?

Dear all:

Now I am using interFoam to simulate the 2D pressure driven two-phase flow(with pressure drop about 2000Pa). In general, the pressure distribution is okay:), as you can see in the first image. The showed domain is about 2mm*1mm.
But if I zoom in the area of black box, some cells near the wall have unphysical pressure and also unphysical velocity.

So I want to ask, Is this related to the mesh(because I use symmetryPlane boundary condition for the 3rd direction normal to the screen)? Checkmesh does not complain anything.
How can we improve this? Or it is just some tiny numerical error and will not affect much on the whole simulation?

Thank you in advance.
