Time of simulation does not advance

I come from other thread (http://www.cfd-online.com/Forums/ope...tml#post554131), and if we supose my own solver is working ok, now I deal with this other problem:

So I have a unsteady simulation where time is not increasing (my deltaTime is 0.001).
