Tube with cylinder inside in OpenFoam

There is a solid irregularly shaped cylinder inside a tube. Fluid flows through the irregularly shaped tube and the cylinder. In other words, the radii of tube and cylinder are not constant. One end of the tube is closed while the other end is open. The tube is flexible and its boundary condition is moving wall. When the tube is squeezed inside 1 cc fluid should come out through the open end. This is similar to squeezing a tooth paste but with a solid cylinder along the center of the tube. The fluid is Newtonian and similar to water at body temperature, flow is laminar Which openfoam solver should be used? So far I think pimpleDymFoam is the closest. How should I set the moving wall? Is there an example link to refer?

Quick answer: tutorial case "incompressible/pimpleDyMFoam/movingCone"
