Hi All,

I'm a new user of OpenFOAM. I have stared working with a simple case "Flow and Heat Transfer in Elbow" which can be found in Ansys Fluent Tutorial.

I'm using the same mesh of FLUENT by using FluentMeshToFoam. I have assigned a same boundary conditions. I have run a simulation using under relaxation factors of 0. for all the parameters such as P,U,K, etc, .

My question is why my simulation time is too long when compared to ANSYS Fluent?. Is there are any way that I could reduce the simulation time without increasing the processors?.

Please suggest your views and If required I can share the file for your understanding.

Regards,
Vigii
