Default injection of particle in the icolagrangianfoam

Hi every one,
I set up a case, simulation of laminar flow on the cylinder whit 2 micrometer diameter, Re=1.35. when I run the case, the particles do not inter to system from start of run to end time!!!
I attached the case here.
who could help me?
