Default how set force coefficients?

hi freinds
i have a 2d cylinder and want to calculate force coefficients.my cylinder is not to center of domain like picture.how can set below parameter?

CofR (0 0 0);
liftDir (0 0 1);
dragDir (1 0 0);
pitchAxis (0 0 0);
