Hi
I am a new foamer, and these days i am studying reactingFoam.
I turn off the chemistry and combustion in these two properties, run a cold case (swirl combustion), just one inlet, coflow and outlet. I meet the problem like this:

diagonal: Solving for rho, Initial residual = 0, Final residual = 0, No Iterations 0
PIMPLE: iteration 1
DILUPBiCG: Solving for O2, Initial residual = 0.830952, Final residual = 2.2885e-07, No Iterations 32
DILUPBiCG: Solving for H2O, Initial residual = 0, Final residual = 0, No Iterations 0
DILUPBiCG: Solving for CH4, Initial residual = 1.05216e-80, Final residual = 1.05216e-80, No Iterations 0
DILUPBiCG: Solving for CO2, Initial residual = 0, Final residual = 0, No Iterations 0
DILUPBiCG: Solving for h, Initial residual = 0.870332, Final residual = 5.56243e-07, No Iterations 31
min/max(T) = 200, 5000
DICPCG: Solving for p, Initial residual = 0.0160394, Final residual = 6.018e-19, No Iterations 1
diagonal: Solving for rho, Initial residual = 0, Final residual = 0, No Iterations 0
time step continuity errors : sum local = 1.34074e-06, global = -1.56373e-07, cumulative = -0.000144214
DICPCG: Solving for p, Initial residual = 2.51355e-07, Final residual = 2.51355e-07, No Iterations 0
diagonal: Solving for rho, Initial residual = 0, Final residual = 0, No Iterations 0
time step continuity errors : sum local = 1.42259e-06, global = -1.56104e-07, cumulative = -0.00014437
DILUPBiCG: Solving for epsilon, Initial residual = 0.997237, Final residual = 6.1094, No Iterations 1001
bounding epsilon, min: -2.11486e+71 max: 2.69686e+71 average: -5.5868e+65
DILUPBiCG: Solving for k, Initial residual = 0.868327, Final residual = 9.14489e-07, No Iterations 28
bounding k, min: -7.22251e+44 max: 3.27511e+44 average: -2.04433e+40
ExecutionTime = 9902.84 s ClockTime = 12857 s

Can anyone help me? i do not know whether it is the problems of my set boundary or Mesh?

Hello Mr. Liu,
I believe this issue corresponds to an already reported issue in post: having trouble using reactingFoam with reactions turned off

If you don't think this is this same issue please attach your case or more general information regarding flow (such as laminar or turbulent?), courant number and such.
