Modeling a 3D open channel flow, what the best solver is?

Hi everyone!
Would anyone please tell me for modeling a 3D open channel flow, what the best solver is?
Note that in an open channel the surface has a 2 phase condition and the fluid is incompressible.

InterFoam seems to be the best solver for 3D open channel flows to consider turbulent effects, as well as free surface effects..
