Has anyone managed to use liquid viscosity model (powerLaw, for example) with twoPhaseEulerFoam solver?

I have no clue where to start. I tried basing my new solver on twophaseeulerfoam with modifications like those on interFoam to add viscosity models, but no success.

Hello Avila,

Did you try to increase the viscosity of your dispersed phase? Two-fluid model's capability to handle high-viscosity mixing is not good. For example, if your continual phase is water, and the dispersed's phase viscosity is e.g., 1000mPas. You will notice the dispersed phase is accumulating instead of disperse.

Best,

Hello.

I tried to increase the viscosity of the continuous phase. It runned ok. The problem is that I want to use powerLaw to model its viscosity.

No luck, so far.
