Problems with bouyancy in multiphase simulation

I'm having problems with my solutions, I have used snappyHexMesh to mesh to my shape within a multiphase (air and water) tanks, the shape should be positively buoyant but there doesn't appear to be any buoyancy force whatsoever.

I have reduced the mass of the object in dynamicMehsDict to test whether this makes any difference and it doesn't. I have also been comparing my settings with those in the floating object tutorial and I can see no great differences, the major difference is that I'm using snappyHexMesh and the tutorial defines the shape of the block within setFieldsDict.

Does anyone have an understanding of how the object's buoyancy is calculated? Is it within dynamicMeshDict? Could there be a problem with the volume output of snappyHexMesh?

I'm not attaching all of the scripts now, but if you think you can help and you need to see any of my set-up just say so and I'll upload whatever scripts you suggest.

Thanks!!!
