LRR does not converge in pitzDaily
 

Hello.

In order to gain some experience in RSM (LRR) simulation, I took pitzDaily case together with simpleFoam solver.

I did the simulation in this way:

I run k-epsilon simulation until convergence was achieved. Then I used R utility to calculate Reynolds stress tensor and after that I continued LRR simulation from converged k-epsilon solution. After that, the case does not converge.

I have added few missing schemes in fvSchemes for LRR simulation and I have changed under-relaxation factors a bit, comparing to the original tutorial case.

I would appreciate any help.
