Timestep Discontinuity residuals, what are they? -- CFD Online Discussion Forums

ss32 Member Join Date: Apr 2016 Posts: 39 Rep Power: 10	I've run into floating point errors a few times now when the timestep continuity residuals get bigger and bigger until they hit infinity/nan and the solver self destructs. What exactly are they, and what can I do to prevent the residuals stopping the case?
