Geometry: a closed pipe half filled with liquid and half with its vapour.
B.C.: higher temperature is applied to the wall Solver: twoPhaseEulerFoam or more accurately reacting twophaseEulerFoam Problem: the interface is gone after some time steps. In other words, there is some kind of mixing between phases that is not physical(figure show alpha.vapor for t=0s and then t=42s). I tried different refined mesh without success. Any suggestion? dragModel? phase inversion problem? blending? Thanks in advance Last edited by arianam; June 9, 2016 at 15:36. |
